Sliding Door latch and lock.

Question

I am looking to replace the latch and lock on my sliding glass door. As you may be able to see in the picture, there is a key that has broken off in the lock and it is also difficult to lock and unlock from the thumb latch.

I am not sure exactly what kind of door I have but here is some information I have found on a very worn sticker on the inside edge of the door.

One sTicker has: FW-LC502769x1829 Series 43-40 Picture Triple

Another sticker has: K0014 Ext. P1Brs 55D2WI36. 125x76. 438

ANything else is too worn to read.

I have measure the screw holes to be 3 15/16. Which kind of points me into the direction of what handle and lock it may be but I am not sure which item to order. The inside handle measures 8.5". The thickness of the door is 1 5/8".

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can definitely help with this hardware. Your patio glass door handle looks like our 82-087 and your mortise looks like our 82-265. I recommend looking over our photos and dimensions to confirm, but I think you'll agree that these match up.

Your keeper looks to be in good condition still but just in case, you could replace that with our 82-249.
