The information on the sticker will not help us identify your handle set or what can be used in its place. We will need to see photos of the handle set, with detailed measurements, and we will be happy to look into this for you. 

Thanks for the photos. For the handle set, take a look and see if our 82-086 could make for a good substitute. As for your mortise lock, I can't get the best look at it from the angle in the photo, but I feel it shows some comparisons to our 82-265. Look it over and see if you agree. If not, send us a couple of more photos of the lock from different angles and we will continue to search for you.
