The parts shown in your photos resemble the 82-086 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing. You'll just need to confirm that the thumb latch on your inside handle is offset as shown below. Thanks for getting back to us. The 82-086 can be used for left or right opening doors. You would just attach the pull handle and thumb latch facing the opposite side of the mounting plate compared to our product image. We also have a guide that you may find useful, which you can find here.
