Sliding Glass Patio Door Double Hook Lock

The lock assembly is not moving on the top, it is stationary, seems that the spring is broken. Bottom lock is going into the correct position and secured.
Handle is fine, lock device is locking the bottom lock.
Would like to replace just the locking mechanism.
Found on your website Item # 82-238, except the two point mortise lock positions are not the correct way.
Ours is (top points down and bottom points up).
Measured handle from bottom to top at 9 1/2".
Please let me know if you carry the correct locking mechanism
