Sliding Glass Patio Door Locking Handle Set 6" Spacing

I'm beginning to realize that there may not be a replacement for this setup. I'm looking for something that will require the least amount of modifications to my door. I'm fine with drilling a new hole to accommodate a narrower spacing.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. Unfortunately, we have not been able to find an exact match for this handle set, especially not one with that hole spacing. I think your best bet would be to drill new holes and install a surface-mount set like our 82-005 or 82-009A. See what you think.
