Hi again. Sorry for glossing over that detail. There's a few possibilities. The 82-086 or 82-030A might work, but it depends on the location of the keyway/thumb lever compared to the mounting holes for the handle. Some setups with this mortise lock have the thumb lever and key lock perfectly centered between the mounting holes for a handle set--in that case, the 82-030A keyed handle set is what you want. Other setups have the keyway and thumb lever offset towards the bottom mounting hole. In that case you want the 82-086. I can't tell from just looking at the mortise lock which is your door's configuration--send photos of the old handle set or where it installs on the door to confirm.
