Cable snapped. Need replacement. 25 7/8" Long channel (metal only)

Hello there and thank you for writing in. Have a look at both our S380-26 and S385-26 channel balances. These look identical in appearance, with the exception of the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe, the way it is shown in the diagram below, to determine which of the two balances would make the better match. Whichever one chosen will go with the 2520 option that supports a sash weight of 9-15 pounds.
