It looks like your door was retrofit to use a new handle set mounted above where the original hardware was installed. For this reason, your handle set and mortise lock cut out no longer line up, which will make it hard to find a workable solution. 

Our best recommendation would be to use something like our 82-005 surface-mounted handle set that doesn't use an internal mortise lock. You would most likely need to drill new installation holes to match our assembly. Take a look at the related installation video to help you make your final decision. Thank you!
