I purchased a part from your site that we thought was the same as the attached pictures but we chose wrong. Can you please assist with picking the correct part?

Thanks for writing in. This looks like our 82-239. Compare with your old hardware to confirm. You will have to re-use your old face plate. If you need a new keeper, see our 82-249.

Since you tried the 82-239 and ran into some problems, take a look at the 82-265 mortise and see if that's a better match to the dimensions of your mortise lock. Thank you!
