Sliding door handle

Question

Need to replace a door handle just like this one. It latches toward you  reversed from others. Holes ar approx 5" apart

Thanks for posting. This handle has been discontinued and is no longer available, unfortunately. It's similar in design to our 82-009A, but the clamp on ours faces outside the house while your clamp faces inside the house. Would this still work for you?

If not, you could consider our 82-005 handle set as an alternative. This uses a hook instead of a clamp. The hook interacts with a keeper (included in the set) that mounts to the door frame. Would this be better?
