We'd be happy to help but we will need to know the distance between the mounting holes in your handle, from center to center, to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

I suspected as much. Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement with your hole spacing but you may be able to use a surface mounted handle like our 82-005 to replace your handle set. Keep in mind that you would need to drill new installation holes while being careful not to hit the glass in your door. 

Because this is not an exact replacement, you may need to make other alterations that we can't foresee, but a surface mounted handle appears to be your best available replacement option. Take a look at the product page and installation video to see if it could work for you. Thank you!
