Sliding door handle

Hello, trying to find a sliding door handle for my patio. Haven't been able to find anything to fit the measurements in the photo. Please advise

I'm not sure if we have anything that's going to match the original hardware on this door; but without seeing pictures of the old handle set, it's tough to say for sure. I recommend you look at our 82-005 Surface Mount Handle Set. You'd need to drill new holes to mount this, but take a look and see what you think.
