Sliding door handle

Question

I'm looking for this problem child, on a aluminum sliding door, probably from the 80s-90s, its half way working until the upper screw pulls through the plastic, and its in a weekend rental, so im hesitant to dismantle and break it completely, any info would be awesome and appreciated, I can take more pics if needed

Our 82-005 surface mount handle set with 4-15/16" hole center spacing looks like a good match for your inside handle but we don't have anything that would replace the outside pull, unfortunately. Yours appears to fit into a precisely sized cavity in the door frame. That basically leaves a huge hole in the door that can't be covered by any hardware we carry. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
