Thanks for posting! This looks similar to our 82-005 surface mount sliding door handle set. Compare them and let me know if you agree. Make sure the mounting holes are the same distance apart.

It looks like your outside pull has been stripped of the screw inserts. I see that they are still stuck on the ends of your screws. Is 82-306 what you are looking for? Does the inside part still work?
