I need a handle with lock but I don't know the brand. Your help would be appreciated greatly. Thanks

Thanks for writing in. This looks like our 82-086, just installed inverted. For the mortise lock, see our 82-265, which works with keepers like our 82-249. Let me know if you have questions.
