Thanks for posting! Your handle set can be replaced with the 82-087 Legacy Keyed Handle Set. This is available in stain nickel, brass, and antique silver. To confirm that this is the correct fit, you'll want to double check the dimensions shown below.

There is also another set in the same style, the 82-086; available in white, black, beige, and bronze.

The mortise lock is sold separately from the set. Yours appears similar in style to the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate. To determine if this is the right fit, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

Keep in mind you would also likely need to replace the keeper for this mortise lock as yours may not be compatible with our mortise lock. The compatible mortise lock is the 82-249.
