Need help for a replacement for above photos, house was built in 1988 and it's the original part and door

Thanks for your post! The 82-005 Surface Mount Sliding Door Handle Assembly should work to replace your existing handle. It comes with a compatible keeper. To confirm that this will be a fit, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.

To convert this handle to one with a keyed lock, you'll need the 82-306 Keyed Exterior Sliding Door Pull.
