Sliding door handle and lock

Question

Flush mount door lock and handle needs replacement it is on a 25 year year old atrium Four Season Sunroom sliding glass door
71/4 long
keeper is 41/4 long
locks appear to be 21/4,from the top and 21/4 from the bottom of the handle.

Thanks for posting. This looks very similar to the 82-005 Handle Set. Take a look and see if you think this could work as a replacement.
