Sliding door handle and lock assembly

Question

I am looking for a replacement for the pictures I've attached. The mortise lock is approx. 12 1/2" in overall length, and approx. 12" from center to center of holes. There are two patten numbers stamped on lock, # 6.264.252 and # 5.820.170.
The handles are 8 1/2" total length with bolt c to c of appt 3 15/16". There is a patten number, 5125703,D340.398 stamped on both handles.

is this set still sold? If so, can you give me the part number?
