Sliding door handle/lock

Question

Hi there. Is there any way to identify what type of handle/lock we can use on this door? House was built in 1956 and cannot identify what brand. It does have Thermapane glass if that helps. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement for your original lockset. The 82-005 surface-mounted handle set would be our best option, but we can't guarantee it would work, and adaptations would be necessary. Note that you would need to mount one of the two keepers that come with it to the door jamb. See the installation video to determine if this could work for your application. Thanks for posting!
