Sliding door handle/lockset

Question

I am trying to find a replacement lock/handle set for my patio door. When inside house looking out the door slides to the left and locks. It has a dual catch. The CENTER of the lock prong holes on the door are about 7 ". The latch mechanism on edge of door is 11 3/4" top to bottom. It is about 11" from the top to bottom screw holes on edge of door. I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Start by taking a look at our 82-086 or 82-089 handle set with 3-15/16" hole center spacing. As for your mortise lock, take a look at our 82-265. If you need a new keeper as well, see our 82-249. Look over the dimensions for each item and compare them to your original hardware to see if these match what you need.
