Sliding door handles no external key needed

Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for the hardware shown in your photos with the same specifications. The 82-005 surface-mounted handle set would be our best option, but we can't guarantee it would work, and adaptations would be necessary. Note that you would need to make new installation holes to accommodate the 4-15/16" hole spacing, as well as mount one of the keepers it comes with to the door jamb. The 82-005 comes with an inside and outside handle, as well as two keepers, depending on how you attach it to the door jamb. If you'd prefer a keyed option, see the 82-306 exterior pull sold separately, which is compatible with the 82-005 assembly.
