Hello,

Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for the hardware shown in your photos with the same specifications. The 82-005 surface-mounted handle set would be our best option, but we can't guarantee it would work, and adaptations would be necessary. Note that you would need to make new installation holes to accommodate the 4-15/16" hole spacing, as well as mount one of the keepers it comes with to the door jamb. See the installation video to determine if this could work for your application. Thanks for posting!

If I bought the 82 005 assembly,
Would that be all the hardware? I need to make sure I can lock the glass sliding door.
If it is not what I need, can I return an undamaged, of course?
I ami'm unclear. Will the latch assembly for inside? Come with that new handle
And it looked like it all came for about twenty seven dollars plus or minus

The 82-005 comes with an inside and outside handle, as well as two keepers, depending on how you attach it to the door jamb. If you'd prefer a keyed option, see the 82-306 exterior pull sold separately, which is compatible with the 82-005 assembly.
