Sliding door hardward

I ordered 82-055 handles for this door and when I got them in they were the wrong ones. I have attached pictures this time to help with identifying the correct handles that I should order. Please advise. I need two sets.

The 82-055 that you ordered looks like a match to me. Can you go into more detail on why they didn't work? Exactly how did it differ from your original?

Did you receive the pictures I sent of the handles that I have and am trying to replace? If you did please compare them to the 82-055 and you will see the issue is where the lock is situated. The lock is in the middle of the door and not attached to the handle but the handles you sent me have the lock is attached to the handle. I need to get this resolved ASAP please advise.

I did receive your pictures, but I don't see any significant difference between your handle and ours. I also don't understand what you're describing. When you say "lock," could you be referring to the thumb lever and latch hook? If so, these look as attached to your handle as it is to ours.

Maybe our issue here is just a matter of terminology; what exactly do you mean when you say "lock?" You said that it's connected to the door. Is it still in the door? Should we be seeing that instead of the handle?

I'm really trying hard to understand. I'm staring at your pictures but I see no design feature that would prevent our handle from replacing what you're showing me

Aha, that explains it. I'm glad you sent this photo. You absolutely did receive the wrong handle set, yes. Looks like you received our 82-005 instead of the 82-055 by accident. This is 100% our fault and I will make sure the correct handle set is sent to you immediately, free of charge. Sorry for the mixup!

I am attaching the pictures of both handles together and the brown ones in are the ones I received from Swisco but I cannot make them work replacing the ones on the old handles which are to the left of the brown new handles. I feel I received the wrong handles from Swisco. Please advise asap.
