Hello, Mike. Please see our 82-086 operator and 82-265 mortise lock. I believe these two parts are just what you're looking for.

Thanks I ordered. Will it come with detailed instructions for each piece? Do you have a video for installing these?

They will not come with instructions, no. We have an older video for this style of handle set that you may find helpful, though.
