Thank you for contacting SWISCO. Unfortunately, we do not carry anything like the hardware shown in your photos but we do carry a potential replacement. Take a look at our 82-005 surface mounted handle set and the video below. Keep in mind that you'll need to drill new installation holes while being careful not to hit the glass in your door if you choose to go this route for your replacement. Thank you!
