Sliding door latch assembly replacement

The latch mechanism inside this door has stopped working regularly. If you pull out on the lever while sliding up and down, it will work sometimes, otherwise nothing happens when moving the lever up and down. Is there a replacement assembly that can replace this one? Prefer the same handle or keeping the original, but it can also be a different white handle that fits the hole locations. The latch is a double hook, one pointing up and one pointing due.
