Sliding door latch replacment

Need a replacement mortise latch for double sliding doors that are about 2 years old. Main body is 10" X 1 1/8" X 9/16" wide. There is a face plate attached to the mortise latch by 2 screws that has screw holes for mounting to the sliding door, 11" OC. The only markings are "Pat. Pend."
