Sliding door lock

I have a sliding door lock that , from the people I've talked to so far, apparently is out of production. I have a photo of the lock and have made up a drawings showing the critical dimensions of the lock cutout and screw spacing.

I am looking for a replacement lock that will (as close as possible) fit the criteria of the old lock so I can replace it.
I appreciate any assistance you can offer me regarding this matter.

The only option I am able to offer is our 82-005 surface mount handle assembly. I can not guarantee this is a match for you. I recommend you reviewing our product and seeing if you are able to make comparisons between yours and ours.
