Sliding door lock

Hello, I am looking for this double lock. I read some other post that brought me to your site. Not sure what brand. It's 11 inches to the mounting screw holes. + 3 + 15/16 on the side for the handles. I would also need all accompanying hardware and exterior handles. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
