A quick learner from Elk Grove, California says:
Looking to replace the locking mechanism on my sliding door. The lock appears to be made by Likit. The only information i see on the lock itself is patent 3.106.755

Tom from SWISCO responded:

This hardware looks similar to our 82-005 surface mount handle set. Look it over and let me know if you agree!

A quick learner from Elk Grove, California says:
Hi Tom,

Appreciate the quick response. Coincidentally, I purchased the 82-005 and received yesterday. While the locking unit appears the same, the locking assembly on the one received is reversed. The locking hook on my door is on the top, while the one I purchased is on the bottom. Not sure if there is an easy way to swap the internals or if you carry something else that matches up.
