Thanks for reaching out! Your patio sliding door handle looks a lot like our 82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set. Carefully review the dimensions and the position of the latch to confirm that this is the right replacement.

Your mortise lock appears to be missing the face plate. Therefore, I suggest taking a look at part 82-265. You'll need to use the faceplate when confirming the measurements for the part. The compatible keeper is part 82-249.
