Hello,
The lock on my sliding door is no longer working. The mechanism seems to get stuck in the locked position. I am looking to buy a replacement, but I am not sure which model to buy. I am hoping you can help with this. The model number in the images are from the sliding door itself. The locking part does not appear to have any numbers or codes on it.

Thanks for posting! The body on this mortise lock is similar to a few we have. There is a chance we can provide a replacement but I'll need to see the faceplate it uses for its installation. Are you able to provide a photo it?

Thanks for the additional photos. If you need to replace the handle set, either the 82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set will work to replace it. The keyless version is the 82-089. Carefully compare the specifications below to confirm that this is what you need.

Dimensions for 82-086

The mortise lock can be replaced with the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. While I am confident it will work as a suitable replacement, be sure to double check the dimensions below.

Your existing keeper may not be compatible, so you may also need to consider purchasing the 82-249 keeper.
