Sliding door lock

Quick Learner from Kansas City
I have a sliding door that the hand lock does not work anymore. It was installed and around 1999. There are no identifying part numbers or manufacturer on the door itself. I have four of the exact same doors in my home and only one of the locks work.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the mortise lock shown in your photos. The best option we could offer would be to see if you can install a surface-mounted option like the 82-005, which has the lock built into the handle. Note that you may need to drill new holes in the door depending on how the 4-15/16" hole spacing compares to yours. You'll also need space to install one of the two keepers that come with this handle set on the face of the door jamb. I'm sorry we won't be able to offer a direct replacement, but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
