Hi I was wondering what type of lock i will need to replace this broken one?

I see that you were looking at the 82-265, which is similar to your mortise lock but it looks like your locking hooks may face outward. If so, our inward-facing locking hooks are unlikely to work for your application. Unfortunately, we do not carry a closer match for your assembly at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
