Hello, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 82-086 handle set that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center.

For the mortise lock, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 82-265 that is compatible with the 82-249 keeper. Review all parts and let us know what you think!
