Sliding door lock/handle

We can't find any identifiers for the sliding door lock/handle that broke. There's no labels anywhere on the door either. Please help us find a replacement!

Hey there. The mortise lock looks like the 82-265, which uses the 82-249 keeper. Please compare. For a handle set, see the 82-089.
