Our dual latch mortise lock on the patio door has become unfuctional. The CTC mounting hole distance is 12 inches.
We also need a matching keeper unit. Our current keeper mounting holes are 9" CTC.

Hey there. This looks a bit like the 82-260 Mortise Lock. Please compare.
