Hi, I'm wondering if replacing on my door would be similar? The lock is different and I'm having a hard time finding it!

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 82-086 with 3-15/16" hole center spacing comes to mind for the handle. The mortise lock is similar to the 82-265 which is compatible with a keeper like the 82-249. We recommend you review our specifications and compare them with yours to see how they align.
