Hello there. Sounds like you need at the very least a new mortise lock. See our 82-265. This looks close, but review the dimensions and orientation of the locking hooks and see if it matches what you have. For a compatible keeper, see the 82-249. Finally, if the handle set seems damaged as well, the 82-086 will work as a new one.
