Sliding door set, recommendation?

Unfortunately, handle sets with 5-1/2" hole spacing like yours are rare to begin with and without seeing photos of the original hardware, it's impossible to determine exactly what you need. 

In this case, our best recommendation would be to use a surface-mounted replacement like our 82-005 as long as you can drill new holes to match our 4-15/16" mounting holes and have space on the door jamb to install the keeper.
