Sliding door slotted mounting plate for toggle

I am not sure we can help with this mounting plate. Is there a handle that attaches to it? Are you able to show us a clearer view of the internal mortise lock that it engages with? Thank you!

Unfortunately we do not carry a replacement for this mounting plate. We may be able to assist with a new handle set. Are you able to confirm the distance between the installation holes from center to center that go through the door? Is it 3-15/16"? Thank you!
Will I have to replace the mortised locking mechanism or will it come with the handle set?

I recommend review the 82-030 handle set to see what you think! Your mortise lock resembles the 82-265. This lock has inward facing hooks when engaged. Please review the overall dimensions to see what you think! If you have this lock, the 82-030 handle set will be compatible with your original.
