Sliding door thumb latch and locking handle

Quick Learner from Fairmont NC
The thumb latch was slipping in the mortise lock due to wear. The mortise has been replaced, but the old latch still slips. The replacement latch is too long and hits the blind frame. I want to upgrade to a locking handle, too. The screw spacing does not match the handles I tried.

Hey there. Unfortunately, manufacturers of sliding glass doors often don't consider blinds and shades when constructing their doors. The closest thumb lever I believe we have is the 82-106. Please review. For the handle set with a key lock, see if either the 82-030A centered key lock or 82-030B offset key lock might work for you.
