Thanks for posting. Without seeing the original hardware I am afraid it is difficult to say what you might need. Start by looking at the 82-265 Mortise Lock. Review the dimensions below and see if you think this might fit the hole in the door. If it does, a handle set like our 82-030 would work, but again, this is all an educated guess.
