The part as a number 2265 then the us patent 5125703 D 340398. On the bottom it says Sash controls. There are 2 locking mechanisms., one at the top and one at the bottom.

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-086 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing, the 82-265 mortise lock, and the 82-249 keeper to the hardware shown in your photos. Thanks for posting!
