Very hard to roll open and close,,sliding very heavy like

Thanks for posting. It sounds like the door's rollers or track need maintenance. See the guide below for details. If the rollers are really worn down, they may need to be replaced. That code has been associated with Andersen doors, so you might need rollers like the 81-128, but this is just a guess. If in doubt, remove your old rollers and send us photos and we'd be happy to help find the right ones.
