Sliding glass door handle

Question

Handle has 4 parts front handle ,plastic part in middle ,lock and outer handle...marc...is this a citation handle?

I'm not sure what handle this is, but it looks very old. Start by looking at our 82-005. You may be able to use this as a replacement. Let me know what you think.
