Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement for this handle set but our 82-005 surface mounted set should do the job. You can replace the exterior pull with our 82-306 if you'd like a key lock on the outside. You may need to drill new installation holes depending on how the hole spacing in our handle set compares to your current hardware. Thank you!
