Unfortunately, I was not able to find your exact patio door handle set using any of our resources. I believe it is an older style handle which most likely no longer available. I would suggest installing one of the surface mounted universal type handle sets like the 82-005 or 82-261B. I also placed some other replacement options in a list on this page for you to look over. See if any of these can be used on your door.
