Sliding glass door handle

Question

Hi, I have a sliding glass door handle that has become inoperable. Like so many others, small markings say "Canadian patent 919213, patented 1973 and US Patent 3596954". Also, "PD" is indicated on the handle, possibly a brand name. The measurement from the top hole to the bottom is 5" o/c. I've  attempted to find the manufacturer on the door glass or slides but haven't found anything.  Thank you very much for your professional assistance. -Benjamin

Hello, Benjamin. We don't sell this exact handle set, but the design is very similar to our 82-005. I feel pretty confident that this can work for you but look it over and see what you think.
