Hello,
It looks like you have a surface-mounted handle set similar to the 82-005 but the hole spacing of our assembly measures 4-15/16" on center. This could still work but you would need to make new installation holes in the door, being careful not to hit the glass. You'll also need to see if you could mount the new keeper to the door frame.
